Once again our Christmas visit was wonderful. This year we booked 2 villas so kids and grandkids came too!

The attention to detail is everywhere. Lots of clean towels, soap, and shampoo. All the kitchen plates, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, toaster are sealed in plastic! The refrigerator was spotless and clean. The grounds are well cared for, including the pool. These are older units that are very well maintained. Eric, the host, has been personable and extra helpful. My trip was 1st booked for 4 days. I called a week before my arrival as it was also possible it might be cut to 2 days, or an additional 3. Eric was accommodating, and said as a smaller hotel, it was easy to make those type of changes. On top of that, there is a washer & dryer for guests, and they are free (but bring your own detergent). Perfect location for getting around Nokomis, Venice, Sarasota. Lots of shopping nearby, gas stations, and plenty of restaurants. No frills, but everything is done with care & detail. Thank you.
