The rooms are clean. I wasn't aware that there would not be a microwave in the room or a freezer in the refrigerator. There is one microwave on the first floor. I had selected a room with two queen beds, received a room with one king bed. The gal that checked me in was very non-communicative dull; the other employees including Shalisa in the restaurant area were very customer service oriented.
