The stuff was amazing. They had gifts for the kids when we arrived than on Christmas day ,they had more gifts prepared for the kids. The food was amazing ,it was clean and comfortable. Samundra was so sweet and prompt when we asked for more towels. Everything was exceptional. We got upgraded to Crowne Plaza due to Christmas holidays for employees but everything was exceptional. The communication with the hotel stuff was very smooth . Big thanks to Jordan . We will definitely choose to stay her again in the future.

The breakfast buffet staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly, & especially a young woman named Punam. The hotel was quiet & clean. The location was perfect for walking to the Broad Street, Little Venice, the museum & art gallery, and the Bull Ring.
