The fact that I made a reservation on booking, non refundable, money blocked by booking, received 2 messages from the hotel welcoming me to their premises, but when i arrived there they had no room for me at 23:00 alone in London. No real option offered, no room in another hotel… Very bad experience … and the worst part is that is as not alone and it seems they don’t know how it happened… so might happen again . I suggest calling them after you book just to confirm …
