I recently stayed at the Acropole Tunis Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. Despite its convenient location, the hotel fails to meet even the most basic expectations of comfort and service. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and not particularly clean — stained carpets, broken fixtures, and a lingering smell of mold made for an unpleasant stay. Customer service was equally lacking. Staff at the front desk were indifferent and unhelpful, showing little interest in addressing concerns or providing assistance. The breakfast buffet was another letdown: limited variety, lukewarm food, and a lack of hygiene standards. Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout the property, which made it difficult to get any work done. For the price, there are far better options in Tunis. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay.
