I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has so many positive reviews on Booking – they are completely misleading. Based on my experience, this place barely deserves 2 stars. The food was absolutely terrible – bland, greasy, and clearly made with the cheapest possible ingredients. I wouldn’t serve it to anyone, let alone paying guests. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful from the moment we checked in. Every request felt like we were bothering them. No hospitality, no professionalism – just bad attitude. Hygiene was also a serious concern. At the buffet, I actually witnessed staff using their bare hands to handle and serve food – no gloves, no utensils. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially for a so-called 4-star hotel. We had booked a “garden view” room, but what we got was a depressing view of the back area of the hotel – overgrown weeds, trash, and clear signs of neglect. It was the exact opposite of what was advertised. Overall, this hotel is a major disappointment. The reviews on Booking are deceiving and do not reflect the reality. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.
