Terrible, it was the worst ever experience I've had. It took 2 hours and a half for them to give me my keys and theire reason why was that I didn't send them a copy of my passport. However, that was untrue as I sent them the passport copy 24 hours prior to my arrival exactly for this reason. Rather than apologizing they insisted on putting the blame on me. Extremely unethical and unprofessional
