The hotel is nice and in a great location, within walking distance of the Forbidden City. They accept Visa cards. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it is very close to the walking street. However, the hotel is on a quiet street, so there are no crowds. There is a Starbucks and McDonald's next door, which is helpful if you have kids who aren't into Chinese food yet. The room was big with a very cool view. It was clean and the thermostat worked great; even though it was cold outside, the room was warm and cozy. There was a nice hot shower, bathrobes, and slippers—the room was very well-equipped. The cafe downstairs serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had the dinner buffet; it wasn't expensive and offered good quality food with lots of choices. I was able to feed my picky kids, and we really liked our meal. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. The staff (Zoey) helped us get a taxi to the airport, and it was very cheap because she used a Chinese taxi app. Thank you!

Location was great, overall the room was comfortable, quiet, warm and clean. The gym was well equipped with many machines only missing a treadmill. Breakfast was ok, had an egg station, Chinese food and some western options as well.
