Being a Diamond member provided us with an upgrade. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even with all the renovations going on with the hotel, there were no issues. The work started after breakfast and and stopped around 6 pm. The customer was kept informed of the work going on. Thx.

The entire lobby was ripped out and was a construction site. The breakfast was terrible and we all felt ill afterwards .
