I booked see view room but was informed the room was booked out already, however I didnt receive any messages shown on my account or email, they changed my room to Mountain View which actually no views at all, and offered me free spa as a gift which I didn’t want it. The mountain room was in the corner and was super noisy and cold at night. So I suppose the price for these rooms are different but when I checked out, they told me I already prepaid everything and they have offered me spa, so I still have to pay the same price
