I’m not sure how this hotel has a four-star rating. There were several basic amenities missing—no bottled water was provided, only tap water in a glass bottle, and they refused to refill it during the next day’s service. There were also no slippers, toothbrush, or toothpaste available, which you’d typically expect in a hotel at this level. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the room uncomfortable. While the room was clean, the overall service was lacking. Even the tea bags provided looked like they had been wet or reused multiple times. Overall, the cleanliness was decent, but the lack of basic amenities and service made the stay disappointing.
