The staff were professional and kind. It's a beautiful place to relax, so well presented . The pool was stunning, the restaurant had a endless selection for breakfast. I highly recommend peppers salt resort.

Okay but could have been cleaner

Dirty rooms Room did not meet expectations, entire bathroom was disabled designed, and had zero benchtop space for toilettries. Felt like a hospital room, not a holiday. Not represented in the pictures or flagged in our booking. We asked for a different room, and were denied. 3 days into our stay we asked for fresh towels and front desk refused. They said that because we had booked a 'weekly service' booking, which to me implies that there's no room cleaning, we didn't get fresh towels either. I may be wrong here but I don't think that's implicated at all in that description. Who doesn't refresh towels in rooms for longer bookings, it's just disgusting. In all my years of traveling around the world, to be denied fresh towels is a first. Eventually after kicking up a stink, they held two towels at the front desk which I picked up. The door ran out of battery so our swipe stopped working. Went to the front desk and had to wait 45 minutes. They had to get a mechanic to come and fix it and instead of telling us it was fixed, we eventually walked back up to the front desk for the lady to simply say 'oh yeah, he's probably done by now go check' - and he was. Would she have left us waiting in the lobby forever? I wonder. The other issue is that it's clear that whatever group manages this hotel is woefully under resourcing it. On most days when we needed to go to the front desk there were 4-5 groups waiting for service and only one person at the front desk.
